How can I change my flight and at what cost?
Please contact our Customer Service to find out if your booked fare allows any changes and what the incurring fees are according to the terms of the airlines. Please email or give us a call.

Unfortunately not every fare allows changes; especially the low rates usually are excluded from making them. In these cases, only a cancellation and new booking is possible. If changes are allowed, they must be made prior to the date of the flight originally booked. Once the first flight segment expired or was marked as a no-show, changes usually aren’t possible anymore. In addition to the changing fee of the airline, Expat Relocation also collects a service fee of 60.00 € per ticket for changing the flights and altering of your documents.

Please be aware that the moment / point in time of receipt of the notice for changes determines the amount of the cancellation fee. This online changing-declaration is valid without a signature, but only after a confirmation by Expat Relocation. Expat Relocation’s Terms & Conditions apply.

What happens to my order number, if I change the flight?
